 Not a single employee gave Precious a rating of less than 4/5 in any area of the evaluation, and the only complaints tended to be with the size of the groups and the times of the courses as opposed to anything to do with Precious’ methods or the content of the course.

Sutton Coldfield

While the response to the training seminar in Sutton Coldfield was still largely positive, there were a few concerns voiced. First amongst these was the fact that the training environment wasn’t entirely suited to the needs of the trainees, which received 8 marks of 3/5 or less. Other concerns included insufficient communication of course objectives and difficulty in seeing the visual aids, though each of these received less than 5 marks of 3/5 or below.
